紫洳/Chiyu

40歲的紫洳在許多人眼中是一個成功的女人，這是她16歲時做夢也想像不了的事情。紫洳和許多跨性別女性一樣，為了安定的生活，在經歷過痛苦的變性手術後隱性埋名，以全新的身份生活。紫洳靠著傲人的意志力，一步一步重建了自己的生活。她的努力帶來了不少成就，但紫洳始終希望自己可以成為一個好妻子、好母親，成為她眼中「真正的女人」。終於，紫洳在28歲時遇上了志鴻，30歲完成了建立自己家庭的夢想。十年過去，穩定的事業、和諧的家庭、懂事的女兒，一切美好得不像真。

 

In many people’s eyes, Chiyu would be a successful woman, promising career, loving family, lovely daughter, these are things that 40 year-old Chiyu know she has, things that  could not have dreamed to be. Like many other transgender people in Hong Kong, Chiyu rebuilds her life from scratch after sex reassignment surgery, leaving her old name and her old life behind. With great strength and determination, Chiyu achieves much great things in this new life, however, her one goal was still to be a “real woman”, which to her, means being a wife and mother. At the age of 28,  she meets Chihung, the two falls in love and gets married at 30, finally allowing Chiyu to achieve her dream. Ten years passes, with a successful career and family life, seems like life could not be better.
